So sorry you had to go through this Patrick. I hope this is the same outcome for me. I was out of town on the date I was supposed to go to the hearing. My date is scheduled for June and I hope not only that the judge denies, but also STOPS signing these orders for her!!! I have to second the Stephen Cale recommendation. I can’t tell you how fortunate we are to have him as a member of Social Media Tulsa. As soon as I get done with my case, I’ll update you and the rest of the community.

Hey Michael – thanks for the information. When you have a good amount of time look at the OSCN case she filed against me. It goes so far as to ask that I have a 24 GPS monitoring device put on me.

Patrick,

Annette approache me too, and approached me at the Tulsa State Fair 2011 while I was doing TV shows for a client. I told her “leave now or I will call the police and have you arrested” she turned and walked away.

I also received a phone call from her in Feb 2012.

I know she also contacted: Cheryl Lawson and Nathan Mitchell. Same story with them as Nathan teaches at Brown Mackie University, she contacted them.

Great blog my friend, keep smiling, carry on:) Sorry I missed you when you were in T town!

Let’s do lunch in ‘the City’ soon!
It’s sad that things are the way they are with her, hopefully someday she gets better.

Got the experience of spending 30 minutes listening to a rambling person who was slightly odd about stuff. Because our professional organization uses a company that paid us money to provide free web hosting she’s upset because they are not local. Also, somehow if I had taken an on-line certification test for my professional certifications, I would be liable for personally infringing her patent because that’s just like copying a copyrighted song using Napster. She talked about providing IT audits… which was funny, since she didn’t know much about IT as far as I can tell, nor what a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) was.

This is the grammar police! “It’s” means “It is”. You used it several times when you meant “its”, which is the possessive of “it”. And, I agree with Tony: if Twitter did everything you say it should do, it would just be another Facebook.
