Hi Patrick,
Great video on staying motivated and keeping the momentum going. I have been a self-motivated my whole life even though I do get the occasional “block”, it happens.
I would say that having clearly defined and achievable goals plus reading, watching and listening to inspiring people helps me to keep going and stay motivated.

Besides blogs I don’t read that much anymore like I once did. I like to go to Youtube and listen to people like Abraham Hicks, Bashar, Neale Donald Walsch, Wayne Dyer and even small less well known folks. If it inspires me, I will be sure to listen to them again.
